Stuart Thorburn has produced mainly commissioned works over the past few years and this print is his first commercially available work. Having studied Art & Design in Edinburgh in the early 80’s he returned home to Duns in Berwickshire to work in the family business, where he still works today.
Along with a busy family and work life, Stuart finds time to be involved in the Scottish Motor Racing scene as well.
Printing mainly in watercolour and gouache, Stuart has mixed his graphic designers skill with his painting ability to produce finely detailed, striking motor sport images.
